SPECULUM IN FINE MUNDI

Inspired by the Latin phrase "Speculum In Fine Mundi" meaning "Mirror at the end of the world", explores the various interpretations of this thought-provoking concept. It implies the reflection or representation of the world as it approaches its end, leading to self-examination and introspection in the face of the unknown. This phrase also serves as a metaphor for the transformative potential of the post-singularity world, challenging our current concepts of identity, consciousness, ethics, and governance. Utilising visual storytelling methods, my project aims to offer viewers a glimpse into a new reality beyond the singularity, challenging their perceptions of the world and their place in it.
